Taking Three months of planning, including a painting workshop for cinema goers, and two weeks to paint, Broad street Nottingham is now certainty a brighter blue.

The wall is filled with film references including "close encounters of the third kind", Hitchcock's "the birds", "blade runner", Tarantino and Hammer Horror, as well as loads of other film type goodness like explosions and flying saucers.

The reception from the cinema patrons and the general public who use Nottingham's coolest cinema and street has been amazing.
